When you submit the form on this site, we share the information you provide with a participating attorney or law firm licensed in your state so they can contact you about your potential claim. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Injury Connect USA ("Injury Connect USA," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through injuryconnectusa.com and any related pages, forms, or advertisements we operate (the "Site").
Injury Connect USA is an attorney advertising and case-matching service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services. See our Advertising Disclaimer.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you complete our claim review form, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address and telephone number
- The state where the accident occurred
- Information about your accident — approximate date, accident type, whether you believe you were at fault, general description of your injuries, and whether you are already represented by an attorney
- Your consent selections and the date and time you submitted them
Please do not submit detailed medical records, diagnoses, treatment histories, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive information through this Site. The form is intended only to gather enough information to route you to an appropriate attorney.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
- Referring URL and the advertisement or campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) that brought you here
- Pages viewed, time on page, and form interaction events
- Cookies, pixels and similar technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel
Lead certification
We may use an independent consent-certification service (such as ActiveProspect TrustedForm) that records your interaction with our form in order to document that you gave consent to be contacted. That record may include a session replay of your interaction with the form page.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for money. We do transmit your inquiry to the participating attorney or law firm you asked us to connect you with, and we receive an advertising fee in connection with that service — some state privacy laws define “sale” or “share” broadly enough to cover that transfer, so you may opt out at any time through our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We also send hashed or aggregated conversion data to advertising platforms to measure ad performance; we do not send them the substance of your accident description, and we do not permit them to use that data to build profiles for other advertisers. Sharing your inquiry with the participating attorney you asked us to connect you with is the service you requested.
5. Calls, texts and your consent
By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you give prior express written consent for Injury Connect USA and the participating attorney or law firm we match you with to contact you at the number you provided — including through an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any goods or services.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also revoke consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or by telling the caller directly. Revoking consent for marketing contact does not affect any separate agreement you sign with a law firm.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and pixels to keep the Site working, remember your form progress, and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not function properly if you do.
You can manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
7. Data retention
We retain form submissions and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with recordkeeping obligations — generally not less than four years for consent documentation, consistent with the federal statute of limitations for telephone consumer protection claims. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it
- Request a copy of that information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Note that once your information has been transmitted to a law firm, you may also need to contact that firm directly.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it. A parent or legal guardian should submit the form on behalf of an injured minor.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
